What modifications for learners who are exceptional do you see?
Because I am in an Life Skills class I see differences for these exceptional students all day. From what I compare to my own education when I was younger. In the class I am in there are children from 1st- 4th grade. The way Mr. Bob (that's what they call him :)) teaches them is very different from what their normal classroom time would be. He has to take things a lot slower and does a more "hands on" approach. He has an interactive board so the children can come and touch answers or move questions to answers. They also have a physical education time because they do not go out side every day for Recess. During this time they do activities to help with colors, shapes, directions- you name it. I really enjoy seeing them learn their own ways and to help them with the direction of the teacher.
